Wanted wanted help please

Wanted, an old Hi8 Video Camera either to buy, (cheap) or a loan of as my old camera has died…In 1999 myself, Big Gregor, Mike McLaren, Jane Calder, Margaret McIver and others began recording on Hi8 for the Millennium Video Project prior to funding for a DV Camera……..Before the Hi8 tapes become obsolete I plan to transfer the footage onto DVD’s for long term storage,,, Much of the hours of footage taken was never used, but well worth keeping....Can anyone help with a Camera to play the tapes? Aye sure,,, but what about spare time,,, whats that!! "The Millenium 10 Years On" You are right, should do something again,,, watching the footage over the past week or so,, things have changed so much,, kids are all grown up, but the scary thing is half the faces we filmed are no longer with us!
