To send an e-card you have to be logged into the Gossip Board/Gallery system.

So go to the Gossip Board and make sure you are logged in, then on the top bar navigate to the Photo Gallery and find the image you'd like to send. An e-card envelope should appear at the top right of the image which you can click to send the e-card.
