Bed & Breakfast

We offer a warm welcome to our family home which is a stone built Victorian house at the edge of the village of Killin overlooking the River Lochay.

There are 2 comfortable en suite rooms ( 1 double/which also has a single bed and 1 twin ). The house is no smoking and has full central heating. We now have SKY and WiFi in the bedrooms.

We happy to have walkers and cyclists to stay and can dry wet gear on the kitchen pulley. There is a locked garage for storage of bikes/canoes.

Well behaved dogs are welcome.

The price is from £30 per person and includes a good breakfast with home made bread, local bacon, free range eggs and jam made from fruit grown in the garden.

We always use Fair Trade tea and coffee.

Open all year.
