Clematis Cottage is part of an original, stone built terrace of three cottages in the centre of Killin. The accommodation comprises; hallway with night storage heater; lounge with electric fire, television/video, bookshelves, nest of coffee tables and 3-piece suite; double bedroom with double bed, 2 chests of drawers, 2 chairs, sidelights and heater; twin bedded room with dressing table, 2 chairs, sidelights and heater (both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with ample storage space and all beds have electric blankets); kitchen/ dining room with storage heater and modern, fitted kitchen units, electric cooker, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and fridge, iron and ironing board, table and chairs (crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, etc. are provided); bathroom with 3 piece bathroom suite, electric shower and wall heater. There is a private garden to rear with a patio area and garden shed.

The village itself is situated in the heart of the highlands, at the western end of Loch Tay, and is a popular centre for walking, fishing, golfing and touring. It is within a two-hour drive of Glasgow and Edinburgh and all the major skiing areas, and within a one hour drive of Oban, Glencoe and Pitlochry.

Telephone bookings may be held for one week, during which time a deposit of £75 will be required to confirm. The balance must be paid on arrival.

All bed linen and towels supplied.
